5 Charged in Thefts from Palisades Center Stores

Four women, one man arrested in incidents at Target, Home Depot, JC Penny, Sephora.

Four women and one man have been charged with petty larceny in connection with thefts at stores at the Palisades Center, according to Clakstown police.

Lorraine Torres, 25, of Nanuet and Colleen Spear, 25, of New City are accused of taking $206 worth of merchandise from the JC Penny store at Palisades Center in West Nyack on Wednesday. Torres and Spear were released pending an Aug. 25 hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.

Jessica Adamo, 23, of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., is accused of taking $59 worth of merchandise from the Target store at Palisades Center on Saturday. Adamo was released pending an Aug. 23 hearing in Town Court.

Megan Polifik, 24 of Plainfield, N.J., is accused of taking $359 worth of merchandise from the Sephora store at Palisades Center on Sunday. She was released pending an Aug. 25 hearing in Town Court.

Timothy McLoughin, 47, is accused of taking $154 worth of merchandise from the Home Depot store in West Nyack on Sunday. He was released pending a Sept. 13 hearing in Town Court.

Charity Casey, 34, of New York City, is accused of taking $84 worth of merchandise from the Target store in West Nyack on Sunday. Casey was released pending a Sept. 13 hearing in Town Court.
