Bronx Man Accused of DWI

44-year-old stopped by police on Route 59.

A Bronx man is accused of drunken driving after being spotted driving erractically on Route 59, according to Clarkstown police.

Djoko Ljuljdjurovic, 44, was stopped by police in West Nyack about 5:20 p.m. Thursday. Police said  Ljuljdjurovic failed a field sobriety test and later failed a chemical breath test for alcohol at police headquarters in New City.

Ljuljdjurovic was released Thursday night on an appearance ticket requiring him to appear in Town Court in New City on June 7 to answer the charge of driving while intoxicated, a  misdemeanor, and motor vehicle violations, police said.
