Clarkstown Students Perform in Music Festival
North and South students join others from 45 schools
Students from all around Rockland participated in the 2011 NYSSMA Area All-State Music Festival on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 18 and 19 at Suffern High School. The New York State School Music Association hosted the program along with the Ramapo Central School District. It included students from 45 high schools from Greene, Orange, Rockland, Sullivan and Ulster counties.
After two days of rehearsal, they performed an afternoon concert on Saturday. Organized by Festival Chairperson John Wagner, here’s the concert line-up:
