Tufts University recently announced the Dean's List for the Fall 2011 semester. Two local members of the class of 2014 are among them: Kara Goldstein and Lauren Krouskoff.  Dean's List honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.  Tufts University is located on three Massachusetts campuses in Boston, Medford/Somerville, and Grafton.

New Hampshire

Samantha Marks has earned Highest Honors for the fall semester of the 2011-2012 academic year at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Highest Honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.7 or better out of a possible 4.0. 

New York

Cheng Ng, a member of the class of 2014 at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, earned term honors for the fall semester. Term honors are awarded for a quality point ratio of 3.6 from a possible 4.0, for students who have completed 14 credit hours.

Jessica Diana Muttitt is a recipient of the Dean's Award for academic excellence during the 2011 fall term at Colgate University in Hamilton. Muttitt, a member of the Class of 2015, graduated from Albertus Magnus High School.  To be eligible for the Dean's Award, a Colgate student must achieve a 3.30 or higher average while enrolled in four courses. 

South Carolina

Eeva Kaarina Caldara, a nursing major, has been named to the Dean's List at Clemson University in Clemson, SC for the fall 2011 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student achieved a grade-point average between 3.50 and 3.99 on a 4.0 scale.
