Gambling With The Law: Teen Accused Of Stealing Playing Cards

3 charged in incidents at Target, JC Penny, Sears

Three people have been accused of thefts involving incidents at stores in Clarkstown, town police said today.

An 18-year-old Suffern resident is accused of taking 11 packs of playing cards, valued at $47.98 from Target in West Nyack. A 17-year-old Pomona resident is also accused of taking $62.57 worth of shirts from JC Penny in West Nyack.

A third person, Cynthia Desir, 25, of Spring Valley, is accused of taking $200 worth of jewerly from Sears in Nanuet.
