Wednesday: Auction For Closed Nanuet Business

The auction is at 1 p.m. at the Nanuet Farmers Market

 

 

In December last year, the Nanuet business, Furniture Plaza, auctioned off everything in its 60,000 square-foot building. Now, its neighbor, the Nanuet Farmers Market, is doing the same.

Located at 20 North Middletown Road in Nanuet, all the contents of the former Deli/Grocer are being auctioned off such as deli cases, walk-in refrigeration, registers, stand up refrigeration, metal racking etc...

The auction is 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8 and a full list of items to be auctioned off is at the auction company's website: Vincent Casale Auctioneers.

It's Cash Only: $200 to register for auction paddle (refundable in Cash at end of sale if no purchase is made), 25 - 50% deposit at knock down, 15% Buyer's Premium, Applicable NYS Sales Tax, Same & Next Day Removal After Payment is Made

That's too bad. There were some good bargains there. Of course I did call it the used food store...
