Woman Charged with DWI on Palisades Parkway

A woman stopped on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Clarkstown is accused of drunken driving, according to State Police.

Guadalupe A. Estrada, 39, of Spring Valley was stopped by police at 1:28 a.m. Friday traveling northbound on the parkway. After question, Estrada was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

She was released with a ticket pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.
