DESCRIPTION:"Children and Youth Needs and Services in Rockland County" is
  the theme of the forum. It is sponsored by the Rockland Children's Advo
 cacy Network and BOCES.&nbsp\;\nThe community is welcome to attend. Many
  of the positive outcomes related to child care\, Universal Prekindergar
 ten\, school age care/out of school time\, family support and early educ
 ation opportunities are addressed. Parents\, child care professionals\, 
 children&rsquo\;s agencies and school district personnel are invited to 
 participate.\nCounty\, State and Federal policy makers and elected offic
 ials are invited to attend. Students from Rockland County&rsquo\;s schoo
 l age care programs participate in the forum along with parents\, provid
 ers and local advocates.\nJawonio's Preschool Director Gail Nachimson wi
 ll speak about  the proposed changes to Preschool Special Education in t
 he state budget\,  and the possible effects these changes would have on
