State and local area Masons are once again sponsoring a free safety ID program (CHILD SAFETY ID PROGRAM) for the community in cooperation with the Rockland Home and Garden Show at Rockland Community College on Friday through Sunday, February 10 to 12 in the Eugene Levy Field House.

The sponsor of this event is Athelstane Masonic Lodge No. 839 in Pearl River, The Orange and Rockland Masonic District Association, and the Masonic Safety ID Committee of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the State of New York.

The Masonic Safety ID program is provided in support of the National Amber Alert Program under the auspices of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

In addition to providing the free ID service to children, the Masons are also offering the program to college students and seniors. This is particularly important because so many teens and young adults go missing each year as well as elderly who may become disoriented.

No advance reservations are required. There is no charge for this community service. Admission to the area where the Safety ID will take place is free of change. Parking is free.   Scheduled hours for the Masonic Safety ID Program at the Rockland Home and Garden Show at the RCC Field House are:

Friday Feb 10 3 - 9 p.m.
Saturday Feb 11 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday Feb 12 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
