DESCRIPTION:Hi-Tor Animal  Care Center will host a spay-neuter event for 
 felines February 9\, at  65 Fireman's Memorial Drive in Pomona.&nbsp\; &
 nbsp\;\nProcedures will be done via a  mobile clinic operated by The Ani
 mal Rights Alliance Inc. commonly known  as T.A.R.A.\nThe cost is $70 pe
 r cat and includes the spay or neuter\, a  rabies shot\, ear cleaning an
 d nail trim\, if needed. Ear tipping of stray  cats also is available an
 d must be requested at the time of booking.\nAdditional services include
  distemper vaccinations  ($10) and applications of Revolution or Frontli
 ne ($15 per dose).  Services will be provided by a state-licensed veteri
