Rockland County Clerk Paul Piperato is set to host a naturalization ceremony on Friday, Feb. 3, at 10:30 a.m., at the Rockland County Fire Training Center, Pomona.
Piperato will administer the Oath of Allegiance to 100 new citizens from 33 countries. The keynote speaker will be Town of Ramapo Councilman Daniel Friedman.
Organ transplant recipients Michael Prendergast and Lauren Shields will speak on behalf of the New York Organ Donor Network. Hon. Thomas Walsh will serve as the officiating Supreme Court Justice. Bernhard Storch will also speak and Michael Mark will perform several musical selections, while hundreds observe the ceremony.
