 ern) will be hosting a Small Business Resource Forum&nbsp\;Thursday\, Fe
 bruary 23&nbsp\;at 8 a.m. at the Rockland Community College Technology C
 enter.\nThis event will feature an in-depth presentation on state resour
 ces available to small businesses by Empire State Development Deputy Dir
 ector Steve Cohen\, including various loan and grant programs as well as
  guidance on compliance issues. There will be also representatives from 
 area business development organizations on-hand to provide information a
 nd answer questions\, including from the Rockland Economic Development C
