On Sunday, July 22, over 100 bikers and friends gathered for the ninth annual “Dice Run” fundraiser sponsored by the Second Generation Motorcycle Association to assist United Hospice of Rockland (UHR). UHR Special Events Coordinator Laurie Meltzer Bandremer said: ”Great weather, great ride, great BBQ and great friends combined for a wonderful time. We are grateful for such strong support.”
Presented by the Second Generation Motorcycle Association, the event consisted of a daylong festival of scenic riding, live music, a huge barbeque, prizes, t-shirts, trophies, and more.
Proceeds help UHR continue its mission of providing comfort, care and support for those dealing with serious, life-limiting illness and their loved ones.
The Second Generation Motorcycle Association’s mission is to promote the exhilarating sport of motorcycling while projecting a positive image to the community. Second Generation has adopted UHR as the exclusive beneficiary of the event’s proceeds for the last six years.
