CLARKSTOWN SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST DR. HOWARD MANDEL TO PRESENT PROGRAM ON DISTRICT “HOMELESS” AT NEW CITY ROTARY ON MARCH 24TH.

Dr. Howard Mandel, School Psychologist at the Clarkstown Central School District, will be featured as guest speaker at the Rotary Club of New City on Monday, March 24th, 1pm at La Terrazza in New City.

Dr. Mandel’s presentation will address Clarkstown’s “homeless” population and how the school district responds to their needs.  For more information, please call 845-558-8963.
