Justin Sweet, Clarkstown Town Clerk, will be featured as guest speaker at the Rotary Club of New City on Monday, July 28th, 1pm at La Terrazza in New City.

Mr. Sweet will provide an overview of the Department, and how it strives to meet the needs of Clarkstown residents and businesses.
