Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Hudson Valley Regional Sales Center Hosts Bowling Fundraiser As Part Of Companywide "Cares Days" Event

NEW CITY, N.Y. – (April 14, 2014) – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Hudson Valley Regional Sales Center is hosting a bowling fundraiser to benefit both the Hi Tor Animal Care Center and Re-Build Hi-Tor as part of “Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Days.” During Cares Days, each of the real estate company’s 56 offices in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. will be giving back to local communities through charitable efforts April 24-26. The second annual Cares Days event is organized through the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation, the company’s philanthropic arm.

The Hi Tor Animal Care Center (www.hitor.org) in Pomona takes in approximately 2,500 animals each year.​ Their mission is to preserve and improve animal life, to promote responsible pet adoption and ownership, and to provide humane treatment for all animals in their care. Re-Build Hi Tor (www.rebuildhitor.org) is dedicated to constructing a new, state-of-the-art facility to house Rockland County’s homeless animal companions.

The bowling fundraiser will take place on Sunday, April 27 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. at the New City Bowl and Batting Cages located at 90 North Main Street in New City. Register by April 20 to take advantage of the early registration fee of $20, which includes two games of bowling and shoes. After April 20, the registration fee is $25. During the first annual Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Days event in 2013, approximately 800 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates volunteered a combined 5,000 hours to support 62 different organizations and causes. During the three-day event, the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation raised $13,000 for charitable causes, as well as collecting 5,000 pounds of food valued at $13,900 and $750 in dog and cat supplies.
