A unique Eagle Scout 'Court of Honor' was held this weekend in West Nyack. THREE members of BSA Troop #97 achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, a distinction only earned by only 4% of Boy Scouts nationwide. New City residents Hansoo Lee, Stephen Badinelli and Eric Chung were honored by Rockland County Executive Ed Day.
