Eagle Scout John Joseph Fincken

On Sunday, August 18, 2013, Supervisor Gromack, an Eagle Scout, attended the Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Scout John Joseph Fincken of Troop 29 in Congers, NY. For his project, John restored the Flag Pole area at Kings Park in Congers.
