A Free class for family caregivers of adults living with a mental illness.
New class begins: Saturday Mornings, September 14th - November 30th 2013 at Rockland Psychiatric Center
This 12-week course is taught by trained family members. The program provides the information that family members need to be the best advocate they can for their loved one. It also provides practical skills and support to help families cope more effectively with the challenges of living with a loved one experiencing a serious mental illness.
