The Town of Clarkstown got into the holiday spirit Friday night when the large tree outside of the Street School Community Center was lit. The building and lawn already had holiday-themed decorations, including a kinara, menorah and animated reindeer. Local preschool students sang holiday-themed songs and while performing “Santa Claus Coming To Town,” Santa himself appeared thanks to a lift courtesy of the New City Fire Department.
