Thunderstorms, downpours, linghtning strikes, strong winds and even hail in some areas have been sweeping through Rockland County and the Hudson Valley.
The National Weather Service has called for a Severe Thunderstorm Watch with damaging winds, severe thunderstorms and heavy rains until 11 p.m. in Rockland County.
Orange & Rockland is reporting two outages in Clarkstown affecting 51 customers. The customers affected are near Germonds Road and Parrott Road. Systemwide, O&R is reporting 128 outages affecting 8,015 customers.
