The United Latin Parade Committee of Haverstraw is proud to announce the second annual Dominican, Puerto Rican, and Ecuadorian Parade and Festival in Haverstraw. Parade begins at 12 noon at the entrance of Emeline Park, proceeds to Broadway, and ends at the Haverstraw Middle School on Partition Street. Festival follows the parade and ends at 8:00 p.m.
Celebrate the diverse Haverstraw community with music, food, activities and more as Rockland's Latin communities come together for this unique multi-cultural celebration! Rain date July 22.
