Deanna’s Educational Theatre presents “The Yellow Dress”:

FREE!

Tuesday, November 20

730-830pm

The Yellow Dress is a dramatic one-woman play based on the stories of young women who were victims of dating violence. Join us for a riveting look into ‘abusive relationships’ through the eyes of Anna and her boyfriend, Rick. Young love, full of passion and promise ends in tragedy. A question and answer session will follow performance. Teens will walk away from this performance being able to identify warning signs of abusive relationships, as well as learning to help friends/family members who are victims or perpetrators of abuse. Great for parents and teens to attend together. Co- sponsored by Rockland Jewish Family Services, Rockland Family Shelter, and Clarkstown South High School. Suggested donation of $10 per family to cover program costs.
