Holidays in Haverstraw

On Saturday, Dec. 3, it will be hard not to feel the holiday spirit in Haverstraw.

Many Haverstraw businesses will offer holiday specials throughout the day. 

Highlights include:

• Bella Rose Cafe (11 New Main St.) - Half price gingerbread latte & holiday cupcake pops.
• Lucas Candies (6 Main St.) - Make a Chocolate Snowman with Santa workshops from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Antoine McGuire's (19 Main St.) - Prix fixe holiday menu for $19.
• Bricktown Inn Bed and Breakfast (112 Hudson St.) - Victorian Tea for $22 per person, 12:30 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. - Reservations are required (845-429-8447)

There will also be plenty of holiday entertainment for all to enjoy.

• Free Concert at Central Presbyterian Church (64 New Main St.) Featuring the Rockland County Concert Band and refreshments. 2-4 p.m.
• Tree Lighting with Santa. Refreshments in Village Hall. 4:30 p.m. - Village Clock (New Main & Maple) 
• Free Supper for Kids with Santa. 5 p.m., Haverstraw Community Center.
