Movement for Joy at Nyack Yoga - Do you have any movement disorders, or do you know someone who does? There’s a new program in Rockland County bringing the joy of dancing through simple movements to anyone with limited or limiting movement disorders. The program is open to people wheelchair-bound, ambulatory, or needing to be seated.
