More than 155 restaurants in seven counties, Rockland, Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster and Columbia, have already signed up to showcase their locally sourced, original and authentic cuisine. The deadline has been extended until January 30 for restaurants and sponsors to join. Restaurant Week supports the local farm-to-table movement.

In March 2012, an estimated 220,000 guests dined out at the 204 participating restaurants and a similar response is expected during this year’s two-week event.
