Century 21 Full Service Realty in New City held its opening celebration Wednesday night at its location in the Clarkstown Plaza at 212 South Main Street. The office opened in October and actually started earlier this year in West Nyack. They moved to the New City location because they needed more space for their 26 agents and brokers. It’s the only Century 21 office in Rockland. One of the agents, Helen Simon, makes decorative food platters, and made a few for the party.
The owner is Lia Ioannou, of Montebello, and the manager is Debbie Russo, of Congers. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The phone number is 845-639-1234 and click here for the website.
