How did you come up with the name?
Working at the store since I was 14 under two different owners it was time to have my name up in lights.

Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?
I grew up here and went to school here so knowing everyone in the county just made sense.

The food business: prime meats and catering

What's the most difficult moment or challenge you've faced as a business owner?
Staying one step ahead of the big box stores for 40 years with better service quality and products.

Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?
Not too many vacation days and time off.

What's been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
Inventing a product everyone loves and keeps coming back for.

What's the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?
Coming up with healthy and the latest good trends.

How do you deal with difficult customers?
With a smile and the motto the customer is always right.

How does your business give back or get involved in the community?
With donations and fundraisers for schools and charities.
