Senator David Carlucci recently visited Nyack Head Start to deliver an early Christmas surprise of presents to children in Rockland.  The event was organized by a group of seniors from Tappan Zee Manor, an assisted living community offering respite/short-term care located high above the charming Village of Nyack.
