New City Library Closes For Three Days
Circulation software upgrades and carpet installation scheduled
The New City Library will be closed Monday, Dec. 5 through Wednesday, Dec. 7 for carpet installation and an upgrade of the circulation software. There will be no materials due or fines charged during the three-day time period.
While the is closed to the public, personnel will participate in technical training and staff development programs. The new customer-friendly catalog system is called Symphony and on Dec. 8 all libraries in the Catskill Library System will have it.
