Looking to do something fun this Saturday while supporting a great cause? The 2nd Annual Gallagher Day event at the Hibernian House in Pearl River
is just the ticket! Join us from 2pm - 6pm to celebrate the life and memory of Christine Gallagher. It will be a great time for adults and children alike, featuring door prizes, food and drink, a photo booth, face
painter for the kids and more!

Suggested donation is $50 with children under
12 free. Your tax-deductible donation benefits the Christine Gallagher Memorial
Scholarship Fund with the Rockland Community Foundation. The fund, established
by the Gallagher family in memory of Christine, awards an annual scholarship to a Rockland County high school senior who has shown a demonstrated commitment towards the education and treatment of those with
disabilities. If you cannot attend the event, you can still donate to this
worthwhile fund. Visit Rocklandgives.org to learn more.

About Christine: Christine Gallagher passed away on August 14, 2012 from bone cancer in her leg at the age of 37. Christine was employed as the Director of Residential Life at Mitchell College in Connecticut. Devoted to her career, she had an incredible ability to connect with the students with whom she worked. In
fact, she was a bridesmaid in the weddings of many former students! In
addition to her work, Christine was everyone's best friend - the life of the
party, the friend you could always call on to grab a beer or get advice. She
was also an incredible aunt to her nieces and nephews, and a beloved sister. Her
larger than life presence is missed every day by those who knew and loved her.
