array of features.  What are the
differences?  Get an unbiased description
of each type of popular phone, what each has to offer and how to choose what
service/phone suits your needs.  Does
your child need an iPhone?  DO they need
a blackberry?  What the heck is MMS?  Attendees will leave the class   confident they are aware of every type of
