The Vote in America: Struggle, Challenge and Change
A presentation about the importance and power of having voting rights, the struggle to gain them for African Americans and their many challenges in fully exercising them. The multimedia presentation includes music, dance, video and iconic photos, with commentary by key figures of the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s. (In collaboration with the African American Historical Society of Rockland, and the RCC Performing Arts Department.)
