The Savvy Professor Series, sponsored by RCC’s Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), continues with Gina Liberti’s lecture, How to Slow the Aging Process - Nutrition and Life Style Choices. Liberti has been teaching about functional nutrition at Rockland Community College for 10 years. Initially motivated by health concerns, she has explored the connections between chronic disease, nutrition, and using food as medicine, and earned a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 2002.
