Wondering what to do after school? Want to have fun, listen to awesome music, meet new friends, and get a great workout at the same time? Taught by the popular and elite group fitness instructor Kathy Whitley, this teen-only boot camp class combines muscular strength and cardio training to burn fat and calories as well as sculpt and define your muscles. There may even be a few dance moves added to the mix for fun while you sweat.
