The Northern New Jersey and Rockland County Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation presents its 23rd Annual Walk to Cure Diabetes "Rock the Cure."
The day's events include entertainment, games and refreshments along with the main event, the 5K walk. Nearly 6,000 people are expected to join together this year as they take part in the three walks hosted by the chapter in their efforts to raise over $1 million. More than 3 million Americans live with type 1 diabetes. The walks raise funds to benefit JDRF and the people living with juvenile diabetes in New Jersey.
