The American Cancer Society, in partnership with Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, is offering a breast cancer survivorship forum for breast cancer survivors. In the fight against cancer, the American Cancer Society places great importance on cancer survivors — helping improve the quality of life for those during and after a cancer diagnosis.
The breast cancer survivorship will address survivor quality of life issues, healthy living for cancer survivors, and long-term treatment and side effects. Presentations will be made by Dr. Karen Karsif, Director of the Center for Breast Health at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center and Julie Goodale, a certified personal trainer and cancer exercise specialist.
