Cyber Cafe Anniversary Open House and Jawonio Art Exhibit

Rockland Independent Living Center cordially invites the public to attend the Ninth Anniversary Celebration of the William J. Mullin Computer Center/Cyber Cafe and a special Jawonio Day Services Artists Exhibit at their offices at 873 Route 45 in New City.

The Cyber Cafe was Rockland's first internet cafe for people with disabilities, and was the brain-child of William J. Mullin, who passed away in 2008.  Mr. Mullin was an active member of the Spinal Cord Injury Society and an advocate for the disabled in Rockland County.

Jawonio, a community resource for children and adults with disabilities and special needs, cultivates artistic expression in a variety of ways throughout their day services programs in Rockland and lower Westchester County.
