Cyber Cafe's Ninth Anniversary Celebration and Jawonio Art Exhbit

The ninth anniversary of the William H. Mullin Computer Center/Cyber Café at Rockland Independent Living Center (RILC)  will be celebrated with a special open house.  A highlight of the event will be an art exhibit created by young adults in the Jawonio Day Services Program.

The Cyber Café, Rockland’s first internet café for people with disabilities, was the brain-child of William H. Mullin, who passed away in 2008.

The Cyber Café is open from Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., allowing people with disabilities to access computers to learn basic computer skills and explore the internet.
