The New City Rotary will hold a rose ceremony to pay tribute to those killed on 9/11. The Rotary will read aloud the names of all Clarkstown residents killed on 9/11 and then pause for a moment of silence. Rotary members will proceed to the Clarkstown 9/11 Memorial adjacent to Town Hall and place a rose for each Clarkstown resident who perished on 9/11.
