The Rockland Council on Alcoholism & Other Drug Dependence, Inc. (RCADD) holds a recognization ceremony Rockland County's Unsung Heroes.
Local Retailers will be presented with a certificate in recognition of their efforts to reduce underage drinking by successfully passing compliance checks/sting operations and refusing to sell alcoholic beverages to minors.
The hope is that each store patron and all community residents will be able to see at a glance, which stores support the health and safety of Rockland County youth by refusing to sell alcoholic beverages to minors.
