The Rockland Social Network is hosting "The Halloween Costume Party” for disabled people and others who want to join them. The Saturday, Oct. 20th event is a combination costume party and dance with refreshments and prizes and gift cards donated by local merchants
Admission costs $12 for consumers and other attendees and $7 for aides.
