As part of its observance of National Hospice Month, United Hospice of Rockland has a blood drive set for Monday,Nov. 29 from 3:30 - 8 p.m. in the conference room of its offices at 11 Stokum Lane in New City (behind Starbucks on Main Street).
To participate, call or email Lanie Etkind at 845-634-4974 or letkind@hospiceofrockland.org to reserve a time. Walks-ins are also accepted.
Blood donors should bring ID with photo or signature and eat well and drink fluids before they donate.
