The West Branch Conservation Association is meeting prior to the Clarkstown Planning Board’s public hearing on the proposed O&R power substation on South Mountain and North Little Tor roads. The public hearing will be held Wednesday, May 2, at 7 p.m. in Clarkstown Town Hall at 10 Maple Avenue in New City.
Please attend. Whether or not you speak, your presence will make a statement. To prepare for the hearing, come to the New City Library at 6:15 p.m. We plan to start on time so we can leave at 6:45 to go to the hearing. We’ll review some talking points, who will be lead speaker on each, and will suggest how to be most effective with the Planning Board.
