Clarkstown town board members honored James Finn of West Nyack at Tuesday's meeting. Finn has been selected as Rockland County Senior Citizen of the Year for 2013 and had previously been named Clarkstown Senior Citizen of the Year in 2010. He was described as an activist by Town Supervisor Alex Gromack.
"I accept this award on behalf of all the senior volunteers out there," said Finn, who is president of the West Nyack Senior Club 1.
