Members of the Congers and New City fire departments joined together on Wednesday to welcome Congers Firefighter Gary Baisley home from the hospital. Baisley was injured in a swimming accident and has a lengthy recovery ahead of him.
He was escorted by police, firefighters, family and friends on the trip home.
