Early Morning Communications from the Clarkstown Central School District

The District will call ONLY the main phone number listed in our staff and student records. We will not call emergency numbers, many of which are cellphones

During the recent power outages, the District chose to use phone numbers listed as "emergency contact" numbers to contact teachers, parents, and community members.  This was done intentionally in order to reach cell phones rather than home phones, many of which were not working at the time.

The District will not use these emergency phone numbers for early morning communications, as many are associated with community members who do not have children in our schools.
