Clarkstown Town Clerk Evening Hours Tuesday July 2

In an ongoing effort to make the Clarkstown Town Clerk's Office as accessible as possible to the Town's working residents, the office will be open from 5PM to 8PM this coming Tuesday evening.

All services normally available will be offered during evening hours. The Town Clerk is the Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Town, and as such has all birth, death and marriage records on file and available to appropriate parties. The Town Clerk is also the Records Management Officer for the Town, and receives all requests for documents (FOIL). The Town Clerk's Office also issues dog licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, parking tags for the Nanuet Train Station resident commuter lot as well as disabled parking tags. The Town Clerk is also the Town's Official Marriage Officer and routinely performs marriage ceremonies.

Residents with questions about town services are also welcome to stop by. The Town Board will be holding a meeting at 8PM that evening.
