Fact: the town board created an appointed position for Wayne Ballard which like all appointed positions goes away when that person is removed from office and the newly elected person can pick his own person. Fact: the position requires 5 hours a day to be spent on Highway department work which Mr. Sparaco does. All other campaign work is done on his own time. Fact: absentee ballots are legal whether you agree with the reason someone wants to fill one out is beside the point it is still a citizens vote and it should be counted! Fact: Frank Sparaco does not control any line, he is just the one who is willing to put in the hours going door to door all summer long talking to constituents. Fact: Dennis Malone met with Frank Sparaco (If he is so against Mr. Sparaco what was he doing in a meeting with him? Fact: M Hull is fixated on Mr. Sparaco to the point of obsession. Did he spew this venom when Marsha Cooper Smith was the head of the Independence party and had a so called $150,000 no show job Fact: At the same Congers Civic Association meeting Dennis Malone answered every question about the Highway Department the same way stating all they do is pick up leaves and fix berms. I hope he takes another look at the job description or he will be more over his head than he is now as the fleet manager. which is a patronage job. quite different from an appointed position.
