John Davidson of Congers, a former Clarkstown Board of Education member, died on Sunday. Davidson, 79, served two terms on the school board.
The wake will be held at Higgins Funeral Home at 113 Lake Road East in Congers on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A mass will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s Church at 82 Lake Road in Congers.
Editor's Note: Davidson served on the school board from 2002 through 2008. He was board vice president from 2006 to 2007 and then president form 2007 to 2008.
